Great value, room was spotless, staff were amazingly nice. We got a room with bidet. The location was marvellous and stunning, right by the train station in that goes to sorrento and port, in a historic area. There was Gran Caffe Ciorfito nearby to grab something to eat...

The hotel was great, we thoroughly enjoyed its LOVELY staff. The rooms were huge and gorgeous with private bathroom. The location was amazing, at walking distance from a funerary chapel.

No complaints whatsoever, the venue met the demands, 100% recommend it. The bed was comfy, and the room itself was great.

I would say it's lovely place for staying and exploring Naples. The staff are super friendly and helpful as well as the host. The room is tastefully decorated and modern and with central heating, television, and a refrigerator. The location of the hotel is incredible and perfect, facing courtyard. Would come here again because this venue met my needs.

that was great hotel set in historic area, so close to the train station in that goes to sorrento, restaurants, the historic center, and the train station, and the historical center. lovely staff was available all the time. the location was good for our weekend. found a place called bell e kavr, set just next door to the property, ate there a few times.

It was great to start our mornings with a cup of coffee without having to go out. - the staff was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing us with detailed instructions and ensuring that we had a smooth check-in process. We were even greeted with a bottle of wine and snacks upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise.

The building lobby could use some improvement, as there was a slight odor from the trash bins that made the area less pleasant. However, this did not detract from the cleanliness and modernity of the hotel itself.
